In both the new and the extisting barn an outdoor Heat Exchanger is installed including an Automatic Cleaning System for broiler parent animals.

    The Heat Exchanger contains three entrance doors. Behind the left door the fansection is located.

    Behind the middle door the pressure room is situated. It contains of the pressure tank with the system for automatic cleaning.

    The filtersection can be found behind the right door. In this section the house air is aspirated and transported through the filters.

    In the rafters of the barn is an opening in the roof. Through this opening the inletchannel is installed which transports fresh heated outside air. Furthermore, the house air is aspirated for the Heat Eaxchanger

    The main inletchannel is connected with the two main diffusers at 1/4 and 3/4 of the length of the barn, by means of a foil hose.

    The fresh outside air is aspirated by a gauze filter.

    In the fansection the double inlet centrifugal fan and a Belimo controlled valve are installed in order to be able to blend house air to the desired level.
